We are the Boscoli Family, passionate manufacturers of only the finest Italian, gourmet foods. Boscoli Foods, Inc. was established in 1992 and is headquartered in the Greater New Orleans area, the heart of our world-famous Creole Italian cuisine. Our products are created from time-honored, traditional Old World recipes handed down through generations of Italian families. In the early 1900’s, when the Italian population of New Orleans reached its peak, an Italian bakery produced a large, round loaf of bread. This bread was split and thinly layered with popular Italian cold cuts: quality ham, Mortadella, Genoa salami, Provolone cheese and topped with Italian Olive Salad to create an over-stuffed sandwich called the “Muffuletta.” Boscoli Family Italian Olive Salad is a medley of pickled cauliflower, carrots, celery, green olives, black olives and capers, combined with our special blend of spices and select oils, still hand-made using our 100-year-old family recipe. As our Boscoli Family continued to grow, we expanded our product line to include Jalapeno Olive Salad, Kalamata Olive Salad, Dirty Martini Juice, Stuffed Olives, and a variety of Pickled Vegetables. Boscoli Family gourmet foods have become products of choice in New Orleans and throughout the world.

In the 1900s, many immigrants from all parts of the world came to the United States and brought family recipes to use in the New Country. Greg Skufca’s great grandmothers were no different. One brought with her the recipe for bootleg liquor and built a still in her kitchen. (That’s another story). The other great grandmother brought all her canning knowledge with her. Most recipes were not written down and were passed on to the next generation by hands on example... from Greg’s grandmother, to his father and ultimately to himself. One big difference was that Greg wrote down the recipes, amount of ingredients and the process. Greg would grow all his own produce and can what he could for his friends and family and there was one item that always stood out...the pickles. After 25 years in the business world, Greg needed something more to do. He decided he wanted more people to taste his pickles.

Daniele Angeli's lifelong passion for the world of truffles began when, as a child, he explored the forests of the mythical Sibillini Mountains in the Umbrian-Marche areas. At the age of nine, with his brother, he started training dogs to go truffle hunting and started planting 900 examples of truffle trees in Umbria. An impressive far-sighted project for a young man in his twenties. He would hunt truffles in the mountain forests with his dog Mora, then carry his harvest in brown paper bags around among local truffle buyers, looking for the best price for its precious products. It was a pragmatic apprenticeship that continued through adolescence until adulthood. His ever-expanding horizons, both territorial and value, have transformed him into a true expert in the Italian truffle industry. Cristine Del Bene, Daniele's partner, arrives — born in America with a strong sense for the finer things in life, not least the table — and now she lives that childhood passion as her full-time mission for La Cerqua. Both have raised the bar by offering standards of excellence across the line in which they do not want to compromise. After all, we are talking about truffles.

Mojo Jojo Pickles is an artisanal acidified food company run by Jojo (because pickles are her mojo). Many moons ago while on holiday Chris and Paula were sitting in a brew pub in San Francisco and they tried their very first warm smoked olive. To say that that moment was life changing would be an understatement! They returned to British Columbia after this epic moment without the faintest idea just how big of a change was on the horizon. Over the next few years they searched to find smoked olives to purchase but did not succeed. Finally, both being Chef's and owning a gourmet food store, they decided it was time to try and make them themselves and sell them. A smoker was purchased, mistakes were made, lots of olives were eaten and then...voila! The perfect combination was at hand. A bottle of wine later a name for this new venture was created and the rest is history. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Artisanally brined and hand-packed in the farm-rich region of Eastern Pennsylvania, every jar of Crisp & Co. starts with sourcing local, fresh ingredients right from the farm. Crisp & Co. was founded in 2012 in Hockessin, Delaware. Founder and unabashed foodie Thomas Peter has a master's degree in biomedical engineering from Cornell University, as well as a serious love for pickles. He combined his two great passions, along with a background in molecular gastronomy, to create our award-winning, uniquely delicious pickles. As demand for Crisp & Co. products rapidly grew, Tom transferred ownership of the company to Derek Zukovich and his family of Stone County Specialties, Inc. The Zukovich family have been in the specialty food business for over 40 years and have allowed the brand to continue to grow each product on a larger scale while still maintaining the same care and attention to detail with each batch that Tom set out to achieve. Today, our lineup goes beyond the ‘cuke and includes our award-winning pickled beets, mushrooms, and dilly beans. Twenty years ago, we started in a small one-bedroom apartment kitchen in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, using fresh produce from the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket. Small Steps Towards Big Success... Between 2004 and 2009, our pickles caught attention when we won Best in Show at the Rosendale International Pickle Festival. This led to the launch of Rick’s Picks at NYC farmers’ markets and partnerships with Whole Foods, marking the beginning of our journey as a national brand. We became known for our hand-packed, all-natural pickles, made in season with produce from trusted local farmers. Our unique flavors and exceptional quality earned us numerous industry awards. From 2009 to 2019, we expanded into food service, deepened our retail presence, broadened our product line, and grew our distribution channels. Pickled Pink Foods is a gourmet food company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Formed by friends and business partners Charlie Stephenson and Jim Lawlor, who spent many years in the restaurant business both in operations, and as owners. They have always had a passion for food, people, and most importantly, fun. Over the years Charlie’s wife would have these old family recipe pickles made for the holiday’s over in Huntsville, Alabama, and ironically Charlie himself hates pickles. He did though love these and thought: “if I like these pickles, and I really don’t like any other pickles, then maybe some one else would enjoy them too”.During the Christmas season of 2012, Charlie and Jim began to discuss the beginnings of their food company venture.
