Hi, we are Matt and Lucy and we are a husband and wife screen printing duo based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. We established Basil & Ford in May 2013 after working for a decade in design and advertising agencies in London. We pair original vintage content including book plates, cigarette cards, maps, posters, canvasses and more with evocative, bold and empowering typography. We have lucky dip ranges where we print over the original content so no two are ever the same and we also reproduce found vintage images and screen print over those to create consistent ranges that can't go out of stock. A new range of stationery is also coming soon. We take all things lost and forgotten and give them a new lease of life with flouro motivational typography and design. Read their story
