I am a Mexican entrepreneur who fell in love and married an American girl. We were living, working, and raising our four children in Guadalajara, Mexico. During a family vacation to the United States, I kept asking, ‘Where is the lemon juice?’ In Mexico, lemon juice is a staple for cooking, but finding a quality option with rich flavor in the US was impossible. That’s when the dream was born - I knew then that I’d have to create it for my family and friends in the United States. I told our kids, ‘We are going to start our own lemon juice business but we need a name that people can trust! A name that is easy to pronounce in any language!’ ‘How about Lucy’s?’ came a reply from our eldest daughter who was 11 years old at the time. We loved it, and Lucy’s Enterprises Inc. was born! We resettled right outside of Los Angeles and opened up our first office in the garage of our new home. By perseverance, dedication, and God’s blessing we have been able to supply kitchen products to our customers around the nation!

Old State Farms was founded in 2001 by Joseph & Alethea Burkett, after maple sugaring on my parents farm in NW Pennsylvania. What started as a spring time hobby has grown into a 3 generation family business. With time tested hands on experience and state of the art maple sugaring equipment we produce pure maple syrup products of unmatched quality and flavor. Our sap is harvested from wild grown maple trees in the Applachain mountian glacial soil, boiled in small batches on our high efficiancy wood fired evaporator and bottled by hand in our family's sugarhouse.

Hot Cakes has three dessert restaurants in Seattle, WA, and a line of organic confections! All of our desserts are made with organic ingredients in small batches. Our dry-burned caramel sauces are made in a large copper pot with our sauce maker stirring every step of the way. And the smoked chocolate? That's cold-smoked over alder wood for 6 hours, and will turn your chocolate chip cookies from good to sophisticated. We can't wait to share our passion with you!

The Dorset Maple Reserve is a pristine 500 acre sugar maple forest located in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont in the small town of Dorset. The company was founded in 2016 by Elkiya Menes, a gourmet food enthusiast specializing in gluten free confections. After completing her B.A. in psychology at Humboldt State University in 2009 she moved to San Francisco and attended the pastry program at Le Cordon Bleu, earning her certificate in culinary arts of patisserie and baking in 2010. After which she interned at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA, where she was inspired by their culinary expertise and use of local, organic, and rustic ingredients.
