Watchitude was founded in historic New Brunswick, NJ USA by designing creative, vibrant, and exciting watches for kids ages 4-12. The attraction of Watchitude is our hundreds of amazing designs currently available. Our original slap watches are photographic, and printed in amazing colorful designs and patterns. Our patent pending process creates a hi gloss, durable finish of a beautifully printed image on the slap watch band and face, that never fades or peels. All of our products were strategically engineered so that the artist’s styles are truly unlimited, and are always updated with current trends and themes. Both girl and boy original designs are available. Watchitude has global appeal, telling time in every language universally. Kids wear their Watchitudes everywhere, showing off their originality and attitude, matching with their outfit as a fashionable accessory. As a collectable, kids can seek out unique designs that shows off their attitude. Every design is a limited edition, and will be retired as new designs are created. Watchitude is also a great way for parents to teach their kids how to tell time. Each Watchitude slap watch is built to last, made with a quality analog quartz movement, water resistant, with a durable zinc alloy casing, using a standard and replaceable 1 year battery. The band is a slap band, made of 100% virgin white silicone, certified safe and completely lead-free, and in compliance with California prop 65 safety guidelines.

As a dad of two adorable children, I was always trying to find a way to tell my kids when to expect things. It was very difficult to leave the playground, difficult to take a bath, difficult to wait a turn, and unfortunately, incredibly difficult to avoid arguments. Then one day I had the idea to replace minutes with animals and hours by with colors- something my son knew and recognized. I decided to try this method when my son was only 2.5 years old, and much to my excitement, it worked! 😀 Learning how to tell time was suddenly turned from a chore into something fun and it was a victory! My son was able to understand the concept of time at just 3 years old! My wife and I decided to produce the Preschool Watch (ages 3+, with animals and colors) and we recently launched the sequel: School Watch (ages 5+, with numbers and colors). We are thrilled to introduce these product to other parents because it has changed the way our own family operates in such an incredible way. Our days flow smoother as our children grow, it’s amazing to watch our children feel empowered by learning their own routines and schedule. Our founder, Monica, has been in the children's clothing and accessories business for over 30 years, most of which was spent in the clothing industry with several successful retail locations in Europe and Latin America. Years after moving to the United States, she overheard an interesting conversation between two mothers at a supermarket. They were talking about how hard it was to find cute, quality children’s jewelry in the US. Being an insider of sorts in the field, she realized that they were absolutely right! The designs and quality of children's jewelry available in Europe were simply not available to people in the US. With her impeccable taste and eye for detail, she applied her training and roots, putting all of her efforts into designing the largest collection of quality, affordable, and on trend children's jewelry in the world!
