Snag Customs started as a hobby at the end of 2019. I purchased a second-hand laser because lasers are cool! I did not know what I was doing or how I was going to make money but I was having fun! During that time I was working for a career structure fire department so I had plenty of days off to learn. Slowly things started to come together. I found some products that sold well and the revenue funded growth of the business. This is where things started to get exciting! As it turns out making cool stuff and selling it is a small part of running a successful business. I had to learn a myriad of other skills along the way: bookkeeping, taxes, regulations and marketing. Fortunately, I find these challenges extremely fun! Understanding these challenges grants me a fantastic perspective to deal with other small businesses in a unique way.
