We are a Vancouver-based family run business called Glass Sipper. We started creating the straws because our youngest child refused to drink anything unless he was using a plastic straw. Searching for an alternative, I stumbled upon an image of a glass straw. Being a glass artist by trade, a lightbulb went off and I started creating my own glass straws with an adorable twist. It didn't take long for my prosecutor husband to realize that making Glass Sippers was a lot more fun than practicing law, so joined in the business in 2017. Every straw is handmade in our Vancouver studio. We take pride in the originality and quality of our work and provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY for our straws. If they break - for any reason - we replace them. We sell a large proportion of our straws at Canada's major retail craft shows, where we sell over 4000 straws during the Christmas season. Consequently, we have a pretty good idea of who our customers are and what they like. If you would like help ordering, please let us know. We'd love to help you get it right. Artistic straws come individually packaged. Plain straws come in packs of 2 with brushes. You can order them both straight, both bent or one of each. Cardboard merchandisers are available for packaged straws. NO PACKAGING? 5% discount on your order! Otherwise, every straw, including decorated ones, come packaged. Brushes are a natural addition to each package.
