Our roots. Tony Perotti, founded in San Bonifacio, Italy in 1970, is an Italian family business. From the very beginning Tony Perotti's designs have been modern and sustainable, made with sustainability in mind and exclusively manufactured made from the highest quality Italian tanned leather. Our philosophy. We believe that environmental integrity is essential for outstanding products. Our leather is treated with the help of the craftsman tradition of browning vegetables, which preserves our products chromium and non-toxic. We work closely with the tanneries of Pelle Conciata al Vegetale in Toscana, a consortium announced for the centuries-old tanning methods. The skins are tanned with natural tannins extracted from oak, birch, pine bark and chestnut wood. The colors are derived from plants and flowers according to a process that remains a closely guarded secret.
