About The Crafty Engineer
Tia founded The Crafty Engineer in 2012 as an outlet for her creative passions while simultaneously pursuing a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Just two years after graduating from the University of Missouri, she took a leap of faith and began her career as a full-time entrepreneur. Stemming from her love of fashion and beauty, Tia strives to offer a collection of handmade products that evoke joy in her customers. Her designs are full of special details that make the brand unique, ranging from witty mantras to inspiration and love. She loves to bring her work to life through bright colors, glitter, and an eye for the latest trends. Over the years, she has expanded her product line to include a wide variety of custom-designed items, including: apparel, drinkware, blankets, and more. Tia was born and raised in Kansas City, but resides in St. Louis, MO. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and all things girly.
