All About Family...And incredibly delicious cookies! When my nephew was 2 years old, he was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. Having earned my Pastry Chef Degree, I poured my energy and love into creating recipes for great tasting, crispy and lightly sweet cookies made with all natural, gluten-free ingredients. Free of preservatives, artificial colors and flavorings. A gluten-free cookie for all, that did not taste like cardboard or was filled with strange ingredients I could not pronounce. To my surprise, what started as crafting cookies for my nephew, quickly became a family business! With a bran name and values in honor of my mother (Josefina), and my daughter (Andrea) by my side, Josephine's Baking Company was born to bring our perfectly crafted cookies from our family to yours.
