Bisousweet's was founded in 2009 by self-taught pastry chef Karen Collins who turned her passion for baking into an opportunity to connect with others and help make people feel loved with her desserts. Our bakery relocated to new 21,000 square foot facility in November 2022 in the effort to expand capacity.
