A typical product of the Piedmontese Langhe is our handmade pasta, natural (without additives and dyes) and handmade, prepared with care and dedication and precisely starting from a dough that is then folded, cut and dried at low temperatures for about 24 hours, in order to maintain the flavors of each ingredient. It is laminated, therefore produced without extrusion to maintain high quality and when tasted it is comparable or even superior to fresh pasta.
