Plantain chips is a staple and popular snack widely eaten in Western Africa. It is make out of Fresh plantain fruits. Plantains are like bananas but much bigger. Ronke's Plantain chips come in 2 categories with 4 flavours. Unripe Plantain Natural (no flavour, no added seasoning), Unripe Salted, Ripe Plantain Natural (No flavours or seasonings) and Ripe Plantain with Chilli. The unripe range is made using ready to harvest green plantain fruit while the ripe range is made using yellow plantain fruits. All our plantain chips are made in Nigeria and the plantains are sustainably and responsibly sourced from our own DAVL farm and other local farmers in Nigeria. It is a snack that is enjoyed by both the young and the old. Read their story
