About Satya Yoga Wear

Satya Yoga Wear was born in the rice fields of beautiful Bali. Founder, Donna Rossiter, initially began making yoga clothing for herself on a short trip to Bali and both the trip and the clothing production soon turned into bigger things. Living on the island of Bali for more than 5 years, she turned Satya Yoga Wear from a personal project into a brand. "Born out of my personal need to find clothing to practice yoga in, I was originally inspired to create simple styles from cotton rather than the 'technical' fabrics that are so prevalent. Yoga clothes that are elegant and stylish, that feel great to practice in and are easy to take care of. Over time I added styles with more of a lounge wear focus, designed to layer over yoga clothing and styles as an alternative to what is commonly available, such as yoga lounge pants and our signature yoga overalls." 'Satya' means truth in Sanskrit which reflects the simplicity and authenticity of the collection. Our focus in on creating comfortable, stylish designs from soft, natural fabrics.
