When Amanda started her career on Wall Street, her job quickly took over her passion for a healthy lifestyle. Between traveling and long days at the office, she needed easily accessible snacks to keep her going. After trying different products left her unsatisfied, she went into her own kitchen and started trying recipes for all-natural, super tasty snack bites! Friends and coworkers enjoyed them so much that she decided to follow her passion and launch AMG Snacks! Our energy bites are are shelf stable, preservative free, non-gmo certified, vegan, and gluten-free. Amanda’s favorite flavor is Espresso because she’s a coffee fanatic and loves eating them to give her fuel before jumping on the Peloton!

Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts began in 2011 with a German nut roaster resting on milk crates in the middle of a home kitchen where unique recipes were developed. The love of cooking and especially eating boldly flavored, simple food was the inspiration for the roasted nut characteristics. With regional flavors ranging from Latin spicy to Asian sweet and sour and American savory to European sweet, there is a roast for everyone! The Almond Blossom brand is owned by Watkins Farm Foods which is a true "mom & pop" operation! After years of successfully selling at local farmer's markets we acquired Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts in 2019. Almond Blossom fit perfectly into our small, family owned, small-batch, handmade business model and allowed us to diversify our product line. Small batch nut roasting is what sets us apart from “the big guys”. The richness of flavor says it all. Now in our 14th year of business, we've grown from a tiny commercial kitchen to a nut roastery, and retail store located in Cashmere, Washington along with a thriving online and wholesale business. Hi everyone! We've rebranded to DAY OUT! New packaging, same delicious protein balls! I started this company in 2018 and our mission has always been to create snacks that you can feel great about eating every single day. The idea came to me while working as a busy pharmacist with very limited time to prepare healthy meals and snacks. I found myself settling for easily accessible snacks that weren’t exactly the healthiest foods to be eating every single day. Day after day, I would opt for convenience over nutrition (even though the snacks I was choosing were marketed as “healthy” options) and eventually it caught up to me. I had no energy and would often find myself skipping my workouts which I used to look forward to. It was in that moment that I truly realized how much of an impact our food choices have on how we feel and ultimately how we live our lives. For years I searched for snacks that could easily be eaten on the go and were also made with ingredients I could pronounce. I was so done with the packaged snacks that were loaded with gums, emulsifiers, questionable oils, and artificial preservatives. I turned to my kitchen cabinets and started rolling out nutrient-rich, dessert-inspired protein balls. By leaving out the junk and fillers, these protein-packed bites kept me full and energized for hours…satisfying my nutritional needs and sweet tooth!
