While in college, Bella went #vegan because she saw how positively impactful it was for her health, the environment, animals and planet. She instantly fell in love with the lifestyle and knew that she found her calling. Without a business degree, yet wanting to help promote this lifestyle, she created Coconut Whisk with nothing but a few hundred dollars and a grand vision. What began as a simple idea that started in her college apartment has evolved into a forward-thinking lifestyle brand and business that donates a plant-based meal with every purchase. Bella is also a Mankato Alumni from the College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences, a 2020 AE Changemaker, MSU- Big Ideas Winner and Speaker. She's dedicated to using her unique experiences as an immigrant, first-generation college student and business leader to inspire others to dream big, take action and live healthfully.
