Birdy's Provisions make small-batch mustards crafted in New England. Our mustards follow the foundations of traditional mustard production and are the product of 10 years of research and development. Our recipes rely on few ingredients to highlight the amazing flavors of the mustard seed. We avoid heat in our production (as it dramatically changes the flavor), and never add preservatives or additives. Birdy's evolved from a love of both food and ecology. Our founder, Doug Partridge, has been researching or making mustard most of his adult life. He completed his graduate research on the ecological properties of the family of mustards (Brassicaceae). Mustards are a diverse and widespread family of plants found globally. During this time, he became keenly aware of the culinary importance of the mustard family. In considering ways to bring this love of food and ecology together, Doug considered the importance of mustard in his cooking. Mustard was and continues to be the staple provision in our kitchen! He then entered what has been a ten year journey of research and development to bring Birdy's into your kitchen!

BeKind, BeHappy and BeSaucy, an award winning vegan condiments company with big plans and a big heart. Founded by three siblings Ezda, Dashal and Chan Beevers. BeSaucy launched in July 2021 with a range of three vegan flavoured mayonnaises. BeSaucy is a fun and creative brand that wants to change the way people think and feel about vegan food, and how they use mayonnaise. BeSaucy mayo’s are not just a condiment, they are also great as an ingredient. BeSaucy’s smooth and creamy texture and rich flavour will enhance any meal taking it to the next level. Inspired by our childhoods spent in Amsterdam enjoying amazing mayos with our chips we opened BeFries in 2016, the UK’s first authentic Belgian fries shop. With a menu of over 20 different sauces, half of which Chan made. It wasn’t long before we got requests from our customers to take our sauces home with them and BeSaucy was born.

Calder's Kitchen began after the discovery of our founder, Andrew's Grandad Charlie's favourite traditional Piccalilli recipe. Charlie used to grow is own vegetables from his back garden in South Shields, Tyne & Wear. We can remember Granddad using his own beetroots, growing his tomatoes and making large jars of Piccalilli at the end of summer. 2023 is a very special year for all of us here at Calder's Kitchen as we mark what would have been Charlie's 100th year (b. 16.02.1923) We started the business after amazing feedback from the public about our Piccalilli - a throw back to other people's favourite family recipes, at first attending farmers markets and other small events, We now supply shops, cafe's restaurants, garden centres and pubs with our 285g retail jars and now catering sized jars (2.3kg). Calder's Kitchen have won Great Taste Awards for all three of our Pickles, in 2021 our Traditional Piccalilli became a Great British Food & Drink 'Highly Commended' product with three other flavours making the finals. In August 2022 our Spicy Tomato Chutney was awarded a Guild of Fine Food Great Taste 2-Star rating. All of our pickles and chutneys are not only bursting with fresh flavour, but they are Gluten Free and Vegan-Friendly. Sunday Sips is a small but passionate team in Newcastle where Co-founder Jenna lives with her husband and four small children.Surrounded by beautiful oceans and land the inspiration was an easy one! Sunday Sips is an Australian made born from the vibrant and unique flavours showcasing Australian natives in cocktail Salts & Sugar.As a margarita lover and with an extensive experience in retail,Co founder Jenna went to work creating a no additive,no flavour enhancers product that she was confident would not only appeal to the margarita lovers but what would look pretty and sell well in in store fronts! We source our natives plants and fruit from Tropical Far North Queensland using glass jars to aim for as sustainable as possible.The dehydration process is slow but helps maintain the fresh flavours from Finger lime,to Strawberry gum. We are always researching the deep history of our Native plants and fruits and do our best to acknowledge how our Indigenous Australians utilised these starting hundreds of year ago! We pride ourselves on working closely with all our stores,choosing stores that align with our ethics and aesthetics. I'm Zane Caplansky, a 4th generation Deli Man. My great grandmother made legendary corned beef sandwiches for Toronto's garment district workers. I opened my deli in 2008 using many of her recipes. Not sure if Bubby Molly made her own mustard but I do. At first, we made our mustards just for our own sandwiches. Then people started stealing them off the tables. So we smartened up, jarred them and started offering them for sale. Today, over 600 butcher shops and fine food stores carry our four flavours: Ballpark, Horseradish, Spicy and Old Fashioned. Caplansky's Deli Mustards are Kosher, all natural, gluten free, vegan, made in a nut free facility and without GMOs, too. It's basically the best mustard anywhere with one other major benefit: Every jar of mustard we sell feeds a kid. 3% of our jar sales go to No Kid Hungry via our participation in ChefsCycle. I first rode in ChefsCycle in 2016 and it changed my life. Not only was it the spark I needed to prioritize my health but it also connected me to a network of people united in the goal of ending childhood hunger. In 2015 we launched Jonny Hetherington Essentials and our flagship trio of Habanero Hot Sauces. After a successful Kickstarter and a year of showing our hot sauces in Western Canada, we are proud to now be on the store shelves at more that 150 retailers including Whole Foods Markets and other local shops that share our vision of using clean ingredients and stepping away from the use of preservatives and unhealthy additives.

Pilsudski Mustard was founded in the late 1970's by my great grandmother Betty who named the company after General Jozef Pilsudski from the Polish Army. The first flavor of mustard she created was the Polish Style Mustard with Horseradish and it is still our best selling flavor even today. In January 2015 I took over the company and quickly realized to grow the company we needed more mustard flavors. Now in 2020 we currently manufacture 6 flavors of specialty mustards, fresh hot horseradish and spicy bloody mary mix. Our hardwork is being noticed and in 2018 we were awarded a bronze medal in the World Wide Mustard Competition with over 300+ companies that was held in Wisconsin. POP Mustards is a collaboration between Michael Januska of award Winning Old Brooklyn Mustards & James Beard award winning Iron Chef Michael Symon. Michael Januska is truly a master of mustard. His desire to find a mustard to complement the cheeses he produced for his Cleveland cheese shop, Old Brooklyn Cheese Company led him to create a mustard that had contrasting textures and flavors. The use of whole seed mustards lead him to the style of mustard with the POP that Januska could not find available to him. We are pioneers in the honey mustard category. For over 40 years we have been making uniquely sharp mustard, maintaining a dedicated customer base both new and old! In 1967, Pauline Wayne created a unique home recipe for a zesty new mustard. Her home grown company was an instant success. In 1978 she incorporated her mustard brand and Honeycup was born; quickly became a household brand. Her recipes have remained unchanged. We use the same high quality, simple ingredients to make sure every jar is as divinely spicy, uniquely sharp and decadently delicious as its always been.

At GRAHAM'S we have come a long way in the last couple of years, when we started out we could hardly have imagined being stocked in the best shops across Ireland, UK, Europe and North America. Our focus has remained on the quality of our products and that has helped us greatly. Across our 5 products we have won a total of 10 Great Taste Gold Stars. It was from humble beginnings that we began to grow and expand the range, first with a classic Dijon Mustard, moving on to Wholegrain and horseradish. With our Horseradish Sauce we wanted to bring something unapologetic, something for the people who truly love these condiments, and it was with this in mind that we settled on a recipe that is absolutely full of grated horseradish. Our Horseradish is the only horseradish ever to win 3 Great Taste gold Stars. With the success and wonderful feedback we received from our mustard and horseradish we decided to create 2 new products. We now have our Steak Mustard and Kasundi Chutney. Both are award winners and both bring unique flavors to any meal.

My father, Albert Habinak, a veteran of the Korean War, spent most of his career travelling. After he retired he missed some of his favorite foods he experienced while dining across the country. Although not a cook he set out to recreate some of those flavors. He mastered an amazing sweet jalapeno relish. Since he was not a chef it never occurred to him to add salt yet his relish is bursting with flavor. His favorite condiment Alberto’s Sweet Jalapeno Relish with no sodium became a healthier option and is delicious on eggs, hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, chili and on tortilla chips. After perfecting the recipe he would say, “It’s so good I know I can sell it.” And he was right. My mother, Sarah, a retired school teacher, convinced it would not sell, booked him a craft show where he sold out and had customers calling wanting more. “Sweet and Tangy but Not Hot” perfectly describes our original sweet jalapeno relish which is now our Zero heat. Our signature item is now available in Mild, Medium and Hot. Items were added to our line based on family recipes. Sarah’s Candied Jalapenos and her Zucchini Relish are top sellers. My grandmother’s Corn Relish has been a family tradition for more than a 100 years. All of our products are made in small batches. Since launched in 1998 Alberto’s has won numerous awards but truly it is our customers’ comments that mean so much to us. Our customers make the difference!

IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU! Haynes Gourmet started small, cooking tiny batches of Candied Jalapenos in our country cottage kitchen and selling them at local food festivals and farmers markets. Since then, we've steadily grown but we've not veered far from that original vision. Our Candied Jalapenos are still lovingly hand filled into every jar, using real, all natural ingredients.
