Curiosity has driven Aaron Koch to do some wild things. It made him leave his Singapore homeland and venture to the frigid waters of the Oregon coast. It led him to sail a boat through pirate territory in the Celebes Sea. A boat that later got struck by lightning. But the greatest thing curiosity guided him to do was work on the cacao farms of Hawaii.There, Aaron dug his hands into the dirt and found a lifelong passion. They discovered a mutual love of tea on their first date in Washington, D.C., were inspired by the spice markets of Istanbul on their honeymoon, and started what was originally called K-Teas in Atlanta in their first year of marriage. It originally grew through selling at local Atlanta artist festivals & farmer’s markets. Since then we’ve entered larger markets and wholesaling with a wonderful and growing team of employees. Every day we learn and gain more respect for where tea has traveled over the centuries. We are proud to now be a part of the story of tea, innovating into the new century in a generation of the West that is quickly acquiring a taste for tea.

More than a product, it's a life project An architect for 30 years, I found myself in a meaningless routine, I decided to rebuild my professional life in my way with my values. Of all my projects it was Jus “I Dare” that proved fun while paying the bills. Lack of means makes you incredibly creative. After selling my first 20 bottles to a circle wider than that of my friends, it was necessary to start immediately a production, marketing, logistics and administrative that meet the criteria of the world of agro. but today we are proud to produce 2000 bottles per cuvée, with a ginger grown respectfully by farmers who practice fallow for 5 years in order to avoid deforestation. I am very proud to carry this project that started in my kitchen with an investment of Chf 200.- it is an honor and a satisfaction when consumers love, ask for more, and become passionate. Our process is beautiful in its simplicity. We source fresh, whole spices from many parts of the world such as India, Sri Lanka and Guatemala. We crack open and blend these spices with tea and honey, by hand! Then we put it in a bag and send it on its merry way. All the ingredients are natural and all the ingredients are good for you, it’s an honest product. We do not use machines, additives or preservatives to ensure the Prana (life force) in our product stays intact.
