Molly grew up constantly battling food with yo-yo weight gains, fad dieting and firm resolutions. As she gradually learned about the addictive and harmful properties of wheat and sugar she started to see how they affected her physically, emotionally and spiritually. Molly always had an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted nothing else but to create something she could call her own. After finishing a masters degree in hospitality management, at 40 years old, with no children and her ever yearning desire to cook and consume healthy food, she was gifted Nutty Girl! Nutty Girl, REAL. CRAZY. GOOD where everything is made with nuts and is vegan, gluten free with no refined sugars! Through this process Molly has abstained from most harmful sugars and gluten, maintained a healthy body weight and is free from the bondage of the addictive properties of those toxic foods. Further, Nutty Girl shares a belief and vision with She's the First, a movement who's vision is to fight gender inequality through education and believes that every girl should get the opportunity to choose her own future."
