A lot of flavor, a little heat, the best cracker you'll ever eat! Sherman's Tennessee Hot Crackers is a woman & family-owned snack company based in St Clair Shores, MI. We launched our business in 2019 when our dad, Sherman, retired from Chrysler. Dad had been making the crackers for family get-togethers for a long time using a family recipe that comes from Tennessee. Accordingly, we named our product "Sherman's Tennessee Hot Crackers".

Did you know pretzels are a symbol of love and good luck? In 2000, when our youngest daughter was diagnosed with autism and celiac disease, the last thing we felt was luck! Changing the way we ate and giving up SO many of our go-to snacks, including pretzels, was hard. On-top of autism, it was even harder. Then, we discovered the gut brain connection. Together, we learned how to eat foods that not only tasted good but also made us feel good! Determined to find a way back to our favorite snacks— without any gluten, grains, GMO’s, sugar, soy, or dairy — I relentlessly hit the kitchen. Hundreds of botched (but entertaining!) experiments and one serendipitous bakery partnership later, Savor Street No Grainer pretzels were born. 34 Degrees is the maker of deliciously light and crunchy crackers for all occasions. 34 Degrees was founded by successful restaurateur and global food explorer, Craig Lieberman, after he discovered a uniquely thin cracker wafer while traveling and studying in Australia. The experience inspired him to create his own irresistibly crunchy crisps, which he lovingly named after the latitude of Sydney – 34 Degrees. Get ready to upgrade your cheeseboard!

However, their young daughter seemed allergic to gluten. Rather than give up the delicious combination of crackers, cheese, olives and roasted veggies, Jane began searching for gluten-free crackers that her daughter could eat. Discouraged at the amount of overly-processed and preservative-filled options on most grocery store shelves, Jane began tinkering with her own recipes and promised to never use less than honest ingredients. Our bakery is SOLAR POWERED, our packaging is printed with 100% WIND ENERGY, is printed with SUSTAINABLE VEGETABLE AND SOY DYES, is made from RECYCLED cardboard and is 100% RECYCLABLE.

Jocelyn & Co. was created by gift basket industry designer, Debbie Quintana and named after her sweet granddaughter, Jocelyn. Jocelyn & Co. was designed to provide gift basket and box curators with a high-quality product in attractive packaging that works in all gift basket designs. With over 20 years of experience in the gift basket industry, her passion is demonstrated through her daily adventures to help uplift the gift basket industry and the launch of Jocelyn & Co. is a demonstration of her efforts.

Rustic Bakery, Inc. was started on a whim in 2005 by Carol LeValley & Josh Harris. The couple found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough flatbread cracker that Carol would whip up for friends. They stopped at the San Francisco Ferry Building outlet of Cowgirl Creamery and mentioned to owners Sue Conley and Peggy Smith that the cheeses deserved artisan crackers. The Cowgirls bit, literally, into a sourdough flatbread and immediately placed an order for 50 cases. So, the bakers scrambled to find commercial kitchen space in their hometown of Novato, which they outgrew in the first week, struggling to keep up with more orders while working with a rolling pin and standard convection oven. It was an around-the-clock effort. Josh would mix all of the dough, and Carol would shape and bake the flatbreads. In January 2006, Rustic Bakery Inc. showed their wares at the annual Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, where industry buyers discovered the crackers and suddenly every cheese place in America wanted them. A cracker is simply flour, water, and salt. But ours have leaven, and rise slowly and ferment like bread, using our same 20-year-old sourdough starter.

Stellar Snacks was founded by mother and daughter duo Elisabeth and Gina Galvin in 2018 and is a certified woman owned business. Our Stellar Braids are a delicious and natural snack. They are Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, Kosher and Peanut Free. Each bag showcases artwork commissioned from a talented emerging artist, because at Stellar, we believe every pretzel has a purpose.

In 2005, Jennifer was a single mother often cooking with her young daughter. She started Jennifer's homemade out of her passion for baking and the inspiration to create delicious products with integrity and quality. Our dough is made from scratch using an Italian biga and only a few natural ingredients. A biga is a pre-fermentation which gives our products delicious flavor, added texture, and makes them less perishable and easier to digest.
