Hi, My name is Lila Santos and this is Sagrada Madre RVA. Sagrada Madre is a family owned and operated brand selling handmade incense and smudge products. Started in Argentina by two of my brothers in 2018 with the goal of creating intentionally conscious products. Using sustainably harvested, ethically procured and directly sourced all natural ingredients. Each product is handmade to ensure the best quality and as my brother says "made with love" The goal of Sagrada Madre is not only to create excellent incense and smudge products for everyday life and rituals, but also to give back. Give back to the earth and its inhabitants in every way possible. Sagrada Madre donates to various NGOs and animal rescues in Argentina. We also partner with our harvesters in Peru to replant Palo Santo trees and ensure we give back more than we take. We have now grown into a larger business employing many of our family and friends. As we enter into the United States for the first time, we're really excited to become a part of your daily rituals.

Our White Sage is wild-crafted in Southern California by a wonderful family that we work closely with. They take great care of the plants they harvest, Never over harvesting the plant! Our Palo Santo comes from Ecuador, we work with a great company there that Sub-stainable harvests all of their wood and work with the local government and community to plant new trees. They plant around 4000 trees a year. Just as we started, we continue to make each of our products by hand in small batches. We hand pour, hand mix, hand dip, hand label, and hand package each and every item out of our Fredericksburg, Virginia production studio. From the beginning it had to be about more than just creating & selling a product. The love of animals is deeply ingrained in the Smith family so it was only natural to give back to them. Starting with the first candle ever sold, 10% of profits have been - and always will be - donated to the support of animal rescue.
