Beautiful, upIifting & sustainable hand illustrated cards & gifts. I started Eleri Haf Designs while very unwell with a neurological illness. I had very limited use of my limbs & cognitive ability & was only able to write my first name or paint one brush stroke a day. I have always loved art and was very keen to let out my creative side, develop my skills, and contribute to the world, within my limitations. As my health improved, I was able to begin teaching myself different art techniques and business skills. Over the years, my style has developed & I now primarily work with watercolours & write in a modern calligraphic style to create joyful, bright, (mainly) floral designs in both Welsh & English. I try to create pieces of art that will bring a little joy & brighten someone's day. I'm inspired by the Welsh countryside & like to use vibrant watercolours to paint the familiar flowers & foliage that we find in our gardens & hedgerows. My botanical illustrations are then paired with my hand lettering & printed onto a range of products including greeting cards, art prints & stationery. Mae gennym ni ystod eang o gynnyrch yn Gymraeg.
