About Mosi Tea

Mosi Tea was born out of a love for tea, travel, and those we meet along the way. As a boy, I lived and traveled throughout Southern Africa. From village to village, I was introduced to new people and cultures-often over a cup of tea. Those sacred moments were transformative. The name "Mosi" is an homage to our travels to Victoria Falls (Mosi-oa-tunya).I didn't realize it then, but it's where Mosi Tea began. An African proverb says, "Westerners have watches: Africans have time." In Africa, there was always time to talk, listen, reflect, and enjoy those around you. Wherever life takes you, it's my desire for Mosi to be a small reminder to slow down, be present, and turn moments into memories that last a lifetime. Oh, and enjoy some really good tea in the process. Our patented travel infuser won "Best Tea Making Device 2022" by World Tea, because of its innovative design. Its attachments (loose leaf tea, cold brew, matcha, coffee) allow you to brew anything, anywhere. Our Kickstarter campaign for the infuser sold over 11,000 infusers and is one of the top campaigns ever created on Kickstarter.
