Our mission is to provide tasty snacks for wild at heart adventurers with health-conscious attitudes. Our hand-crafted jerky is made with only the tenderest cuts of premium Colorado top round beef, and it's smoked over real, savory hickory wood smoke. Our jerky has only natural ingredients, contains no MSG, no synthetic nitrates or nitrites, no added growth hormones or antibiotics, is gluten free (except Spicy Creole, which may contain traces of wheat), and packs a protein punch of 17g or more in every ounce. We currently offer Applewood Smoked, Teriyaki, Maple Bourbon, Cracked Pepper, Spicy Creole, and Roasted Garlic flavors in 3oz bags with hang holes. Our premium beef is sourced from local ranches here in Colorado, which helps us stay on top of product quality, uniformity, and availability.
