Hello, I'm Janet, the creator of Jamcat Candles, which are boutique, hand crafted, natural soy candles that serve as items of home décor. In a variety of scents, shapes and sizes, these distinctive candles provide a unique and personal sense of style, fashion and function. After years of caring for ill children as a pediatric registered nurse, and then supporting patients as a medical device sales representative, I turned my focus, creativity and devotion to candle making. Still with the happiness and care of others in mind, I have set my sights on providing your customers with a candle that commands attention for its external beauty, aromatic scent and healthy glow. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and reside right next door, in Grosse Pointe Park, where Jamcat Candles are hand crafted, by me, in my "lab"! I truly believe that "a candle is like a supportive friend in the corner who doesn't need to speak, but you know is there.
