This is followed by a lengthy aging process in bourbon barrels, allowing the vinegar to develop depth and complexity, acquiring rich flavors and aromas over 18 months. The aged vinegar is then blended with the artisanal coffee and fresh maple syrup, along with a few secret botanicals.
