Pet Obsessed People began as a simple fundraiser—a way to channel my creativity, love for pets, and desire to make a difference. My first rescue dog, Vanity, was my inspiration behind it all. When I lost her, I created a fundraiser in her honor to raise money for the rescue that saved her. The outpouring of support didn’t just shock me—it lit a fire in me to do more. I started drawing pets because, honestly, nothing out there looked like my own. I was tired of seeing the same boring, generic breeds and patterns again and again. Whether they were mass-produced designs from Joann’s or somewhere else, they were too common, and often a little boring. So, I picked up a pencil and started creating. From playful shop designs to fully custom creations, I realized I wasn’t the only one who wanted something unique to celebrate their pets. People were drawn to the joy my designs brought and the chance to have their pets represented in a way that felt truly personal. Now, Pet Obsessed People is a small shop where I create joy for pet lovers with unique, hand-drawn products that support great causes, because pets are more than just animals—they’re family.
