That's why, at our offices in South Carolina and London, we rigorously test every one of our products in the lab and, most importantly, out in the elements. We stand behind all our products, which is why we have a 1-year warranty on everything. If there are any issues, excluding damage from chewing, just let us know, and we will replace it immediately.
