It all started out in Holland, where founder Chantal Piët grew up. When she was a little girl, her grandmother, or Oma, introduced Chantal to stroopwafels. Chantal loved the way that the gooey caramel syrup was spread between two waffles - especially when it was heated over a cup of coffee or in the oven. In 2015, Chantal and her husband decided to move to the United States in search of adventure. They realized that sharing stroopwafels with people they met, allowed them to share a little bit of themselves, while they learn more about others. And thus, StroopClub was born. Avid scuba divers and hikers, the pair knew from the beginning that if they wanted to feel good about what they were creating, they would need to make sure they pursued the most eco-friendly business practices. At their core, stroopwafels are an ode to a zero-waste lifestyle. They were created as a use for a Dutch baker's leftover dough scraps. We strive to continue in this ideal and leave as little waste as possible by using repurposed packaging as much as possible and sustainable business practices. We spend our whole lives to make connections to and learn from others. That is why our central value in whatever direction we go, we aim to connect with others and to remain a bridge between cultures, people, and stories. "We hope that our stroopwafels will be a little aid for you to make new connections, share stories and make memories or at least, adds a little sweetness to your day!" - Chantal -

At Willa’s Shortbread, “Traditionally Southern” isn’t just a name; it’s our heritage. Since 1977, Willa’s Shortbread has produced the finest Shortbread cookies and Cheese Biscuits using traditional southern recipes and with family guarded attention to detail and quality. From her home in the Highlands of North Carolina, Willa Allen began baking traditional shortbread for special events and so well received was her shortbread, she began offering it at local markets eventually having to add a second oven in her kitchen to keep up with demand. When Willa adapted her shortbread recipe to produce cookies, the Classic Shortbread was created and remains an all time favorite to this day with it’s rich, buttery goodness. Willa adapted her mother’s famous cheese straw recipe to create our delicious Cheese Biscuits. Customer’s loved the deep cheddar flavor and spicy bite of these crisp delights and soon, Willa began offering them along with her Classic Shortbread cookies. When Willa hung up her apron, family members moved the bakery to Middle Tennessee where we still operate today. Our buttery, delicious cookies are all natural with no preservatives or artificial ingredients. We've added a number of new varieties over the years with our Tennessee Wildflower Honey being our most popular variety. Our wide list of flavors allows you to tailor your inventory to each season. Thanks and we look forward to working with you! Eric & Teresa Rion - Willa's Shortbread

A Classic Cookie is a very special thing. Baked to perfection, these little pieces of happiness bring families together and can turn anybody, at any age, into a happy-go-lucky kid. Joey and Sharon Mannon, founders of Classic Cookie, knew that. So when they baked cookies, they baked them right using real butter, the richest chocolate, the finest cinnamons, vanillas, raisins, and nuts. For nearly 40 years, the same standard of quality, attention to detail and high level of customer service that got them going in the first place, remains baked into everything we do at Classic Cookie. Our roots are steeped in southern comfort foods, understanding that mouthwatering cookies are not only crafted with our hands, but also with our hearts. Whether it be for a special occasion, a gift for a loved one, school fundraising, or delicious snacking, Classic Cookie's individually packaged cookies and cookie dough have delighted millions of families all over the country. We look forward to providing great memories in your home.

My mother and I had a dream of building a specialty food business to create something truly unique and special. After over 20 years, this dream is still evolving, with the benefit of the wisdom and knowledge we have gained along the way. With renewed excitement at every turn and season, we remain focused on providing our customers with unique products that are as appealing to taste as they are to the eye. We owe it all to you, our customers. Every day we are grateful for the support and enthusiasm you bring. I want to make sure you know how much we truly appreciate your business. - Jennifer Finley, President
Rustic Bakery, Inc. was started on a whim in 2005 by Carol LeValley & Josh Harris. The couple found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough flatbread cracker that Carol would whip up for friends. They stopped at the San Francisco Ferry Building outlet of Cowgirl Creamery and mentioned to owners Sue Conley and Peggy Smith that the cheeses deserved artisan crackers. The Cowgirls bit, literally, into a sourdough flatbread and immediately placed an order for 50 cases. So, the bakers scrambled to find commercial kitchen space in their hometown of Novato, which they outgrew in the first week, struggling to keep up with more orders while working with a rolling pin and standard convection oven. It was an around-the-clock effort. Josh would mix all of the dough, and Carol would shape and bake the flatbreads. In January 2006, Rustic Bakery Inc. showed their wares at the annual Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, where industry buyers discovered the crackers and suddenly every cheese place in America wanted them. A cracker is simply flour, water, and salt. But ours have leaven, and rise slowly and ferment like bread, using our same 20-year-old sourdough starter.
What makes us different from the rest? LABOR OF LOVE No matter if it’s baked or packaged, the #1 ingredient in all Oh, Sugar! products is LOVE. It’s what motivated Nam to bake her cookies, it’s what inspired her granddaughter to start sharing that joy with eager customers in 1990, and it’s what compelled one of those loyal customers, Amanda Black, to purchase the company in 2003. That labor of love continues today, and with the help of her husband Bruce, Amanda works to ensure that our love will live on — for Nam’s legacy, for our many nationwide customers and, most importantly, for her two children. NATURAL INGREDIENTS All the ingredients in our cookies can be found in your own pantry or refrigerator: real butter, real sugar, hand cracked eggs. At Oh, Sugar!, we never compromise on quality, baking every order in small batches daily to ensure freshness. Our cookies take the guilt out of treating yourself — which is good because ask anyone who has tried them, and they’ll confirm: you can’t eat just one! ORIGINAL RECIPES Our cookie recipes came from Nam herself. A grandmother of 11, Nammy continuously whipped up her tasty bits for every family celebration — weddings, birthdays, baby showers or even just because. Shared by her granddaughter, and now cultivated by current owner, Amanda Black, Oh, Sugar! remains true to those recipes. That’s why each bite of our scrumptious bits tastes as if your own grandmother baked them herself. GEORGIA GROWN Now offering both cookies and

Savor Patisserie was founded in a sugar-covered Dallas apartment in 2015 by Kelli Watts. Kelli, who is half-French but was born and raised in Texas, taught herself how to bake macarons and created her own proprietary recipes. After selling her macarons at a local farmers market, she quit her apparel job and founded Savor Patisserie. Kelli began by selling her macarons through wholesalers such as Neiman Marcus and Tea2Go. By 2016 she opened her first brick-and-mortar shop in East Dallas and went on to open seven retail locations throughout DFW between 2016 and 2023. In 2022, Kelli launched a new product line, meringues, which are 2 calories a piece and come in an assortment of colors and flavors. Today, Savor Patisserie employs over 20 people – all women. They sell their award winning French macarons in over 300 doors of H-E-B grocery stores as well as both macarons and meringues on live TV on QVC. Savor Patisserie also ships their products to customers and businesses all over the United States and offers macaron baking classes at their headquarters in Garland, TX. Over 100 French macaron flavors are baked each year as well as dozens of meringue flavors, and they are all equally beautiful and delicious in addition to being gluten free.

After spending over a decade in NYC real estate marketing, Legally Addictive founder Laura Shafferman was suddenly laid off and bound by a non-compete clause that prohibited her from working with other firms. Laura had lost her usual means to earn a living for a full year and was determined to take control over her future. Fatefully, after making a batch of her favorite childhood cookies for a party, a friend suggested she come sell her amazing “cracker cookies” at a holiday market. After selling out in only a few hours, she knew they were a hit and a new business was born! She spent the next year learning the food business at night and during the day, worked as an in-house caterer. Eleven months later, a few stores in New York City agreed to carry Legally Addictive, including the flagship location of Dylan’s Candy Bar. At the time, Laura was making the cookies in the off-hours of a bakery in Brooklyn, often until well past midnight, and then delivering them on the subway and on foot. Fast forward to six years later and Legally Addictive has now built its own production kitchen in Asheville, NC, has a team of 12 and is carried in over 2000 retailers and hotels in North America. The company has been featured on Good Morning America, Fox & Friends, FoodNetwork.com, and in a Tastemade video with over 10 million views.
