Frances Armstrong is a woman of many talents. She Born with a sense of style and has always been interested in art and business. Frances graduated from cosmetology school in 2003, and majored in Business, Entrepreneurial Studies. Since then, she moved from working in a salon to her own salon 403 in Newport News, Virginia. She has even contributed to magazines like Sophisticates Black Hair Magazine and Salon Digest.
