In 2017, Daniel, a CrossFitter and Paleo enthusiast, couldn't find healthy desserts that satisfied him. Frustrated with unhealthy options made with with artificial ingredients like Stevia and Guar Gum, he decided to make his own cookie and after seven renditions he create a nutritious plant-based cookie that actually tasted great. His chocolate chip creation was an instant hit in Miami. Soon, his brother Robert, an undergrad at the University of Chicago, joined to scale the business. They entered the College New Venture Challenge and now, Dan The Baking Man sells in 35 stores across the US. We're expanding our team, launching new products, and continuing to improve our existing cookies.
