They wanted something that aligned with their values: wellness, performance, and real enjoyment. Daniel began experimenting in his kitchen using simple ingredients like almond flour and maple syrup. After countless iterations, he landed on a recipe that was both delicious and nourishing. With Robert’s support, they started sharing the cookies with friends and family, eventually selling locally in Miami through cafés, yoga studios, and online. To Robert and Daniel, Dan the Baking Man is more than cookies—it’s a mindset.
