Founded in 2015, Short Creek Farm is situated on 300 acres of field and forest in Northwood, New Hampshire, straddling the Great Bay and Merrimack River watersheds, a physical and metaphorical connection to the place we live. On our farm, we produce farrow-to-finish pastured pork and grassfed beef in an ecologically conscientious manner, and we use our own farm-raised pork and beef to produce our distinctive Homegrown products. We also source humanely-raised Berkshire pork from other American family farms to produce a line of classic flavors catering to a broader customer base. We believe that good food starts with good farming, and we only use the highest quality ingredients in all of our products. Our Homegrown salami are products made with 100% Short Creek Farm meat and other locally sourced ingredients. The selection of Homegrown products changes seasonally. We also offer a product line using meat sourced from other American family farms to make classic flavors inspired by old-world recipes.
