Our sauce is made with 100+ years of family tradition behind it. We are Proudly a 100% Clean Label Product. Our Vine Ripened Fresh Plum Tomatoes are the best American grown tomatoes available - which we find paramount to most Italian tomatoes available today as the popularity of “San Marzano” & similar Italian tomato varieties has led to mechanized commercial farming and mislabeling. Our tomatoes are grown in California via the rural Italian tradition and are washed and steam peeled. Additional ingredients are sourced locally from the best farms in the Hudson Valley, NY whenever seasonably available. No tomato blends, pastes, starches, fillers, artificial additives, colors, dried herbs or added sugars. Vegan, Gluten Free & Certified Kosher
Mama O's Premium Kimchi was an accident. Kheedim Oh never intended to start a company, he just needed some kimchi. His parents (Mama & Papa O) lived a couple hundred miles away so going over to bum a jar was not convenient. The kimchi options in stores (mostly Asian markets) tasted terrible, were full of unnecessary ingredients, or both. So he asked Mama O to teach him how to make kimchi. Kheedim took the Chinatown bus to DC many times to make batches of kimchi to bring back to NYC. Most of the kimchi was shared with friends, and occasional strangers, who eventually encouraged Kheedim to make his product available to a larger community. We’ve come a long way since making batches of kimchi in the basement. We hired some fantastic individuals and began producing kimchi for local restaurants, bodegas, and grocery stores. We have a production facility in Brooklyn, New York and now you can find us nationally and internationally. One thing that will never change is our commitment to quality. We strive to make the best we can every time. We are dedicated to constantly improving our products and processes while holding on to our traditional hand crafted roots.
Watcharee Limanon, a Thai culinary artist from Bangkok, has created a distinctive line of authentic Thai sauces made from premium quality traditional ingredients. While Watcharee likes to tell people that she inherited her love of Thai cooking from her mother, she took a circuitous route in following her passion. Her first career was as an environmental lawyer, advising governments across Asia on new laws that protect lives and livelihoods. It was her travels throughout Asia, however, that brought her closer to the origins of Asian cuisine, sparking her childhood memories and inspiring her to deepen her own culinary skills at such top schools as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Bangkok. In 2012, Watcharee moved from Bangkok to Cousins Island in Casco Bay in Maine and established the Thai Culinary Arts Studio to share her passion for Thai food. Drawing on the local abundance of seafood and fresh produce, she began teaching the joys of authentic Thai food. One takeaway from this experience was that people are looking for ready-to-use sauces that are authentic, healthy and convenient. In 2014 Watcharee began bottling her favorite sauces made from traditional, all natural ingredients and shared them with friends and family, and the positive reaction was immediate, especially among busy people who crave authentic flavors and demand healthy ingredients. Gradually, she began selling her sauces locally and WATCHAREE'S line was born.
WAREHOUSE MOVING SALE! SAVE NOW WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. In the heart of Japan, where the serene beauty of the East meets the vibrant innovation of the West, FŪMI was born. Inspired by Japan's rich culinary heritage, FŪMI, meaning 'Flavor' in Japanese, embarked on a journey to bring the exquisite flavors of Japan to the world. Our story begins with a deep respect for Japanese food culture and a desire to share it with others. We believed that the soulful flavors of Japanese cuisine could harmoniously meld with Western cuisine, and that the fusion of these two worlds could lead to something truly extraordinary. FŪMI's mission was not merely to export Japanese flavors, but to build a bridge of culinary understanding. We set out to create food products that would enhance the flavors of Western dishes, adding that distinctive Japanese umami, while remaining accessible and easy to use for cooks of all levels. But the secret ingredient in every FŪMI product is something intangible. It's the spirit of 'Omotenashi', the Japanese philosophy of selfless hospitality. It's a commitment to quality and a devotion to the art of food that goes beyond the mere act of eating. It's about creating moments of connection, harmony, and joy through the shared experience of food. FŪMI's products are not just about adding a dash of umami to your dishes. They are about bringing people together, encouraging culinary exploration.
The Japanese Pantry imports the best quality artisanal Japanese products to the United States. Japan is a country with a rich culinary heritage. Our travels to Japan have opened our eyes to the vast array of Japanese products, crafted from pristine ingredients with great care and respect for tradition. Sadly, most of their wonderful products have never made it to the U.S. market…until now! Since 2015, we have developed relations with artisanal producers from all over Japan. We have found a myriad of amazing products including perfectly roasted sesame seeds, konbu hand-harvested from the cold, clean waters off Hokkaido, tamari produced by a company over 200 years old, soy sauce made by an 18th generation koji master, and rice vinegar made by a company so exacting that they grow their own rice, make it into sake and then turn it into vinegar.

The heart of Terrapin Ridge Farms is derived from my love of entertaining. I grew up in a family that loved to host parties – our annual Holiday Open House was legendary. My friends loved to hang out at our house and everybody was extra excited when it was Aunt Rosie’s (my mom’s) turn to host the holiday party. She made it look so easy. Her secret was a laid back style and effortless, great-tasting food. The spread looked and tasted like she fussed for days. I discovered early on I inherited this love of entertaining. This has drawn me into the world of specialty food. After 10 years in the specialty food industry, I ventured out to buy a small specialty food brand with budding potential. I reached out to a friend of 22 years, and fellow Cleveland native, Brian Coughlin, in July of 2010 and together we purchased the Terrapin Ridge Farms brand. Our brand has grown from a handful of items to over 84 great selling products including savory jams, garnishing aioli squeezes, mustards, dips, dressings and sauces. We have developed a reputation as a truly original, high quality food creator. Our team is made up of passionate foodies with the goal to deliver on creating a memorable and positive experience that can be shared with loved ones, turning simple into unforgettable.
