DIYing and hand written letters on handmade cards have always been a part of me! On Rockwood Lane I spent many weekends and holidays with my late Grandparents. I have so many great memories here and so I picked the name because it holds a very special place in my heart, and in the stories of some of my crafting adventures. I've been crocheting for the last 10 years, and sort of lost my DIY-mojo, but the loss of my best friend led me to graphic design for healing, and I've really enjoyed coming back to card making, jewelry making, and so many other crafts. Cards are a great way to connect with others whether you are thanking them for a gift you received, wishing them a happy birthday, welcoming them to the neighborhood or just catching up, and I'm honored to be a part of that! Amy Compton is an Australian artist and colour lover based in Tasmania. Here on Faire, you can find her wall art prints and greeting cards which are reproductions of her vibrant and colourful paintings. Amy's beautiful artwork is imbued with texture, mark making and lots of floral references. Pinks, blues and greens are her signature colours. "My paintings are inspired by colour and the landscape in Tasmania," says Amy. Design It Digitals began as a creative outlet during the first few months of the Covid pandemic with an offering of digital, editable, and printable Wedding Invitations and Day of Stationery and has evolved into an extensive line of paper print products, such as postcards, greeting cards, paper placemats, and digital wall art/prints. Welcome to the Tiny Poetry Project! Do you know someone who needs some medicine for their soul? The Tiny Poetry Project began growing when my son was born with a life-threatening heart condition. I started writing poetry (and getting published in medical journals) as a form of medicine for my soul. Now, twenty-three years later, as a former lawyer and professor, I've published quite a lot of poetry and give workshops about the benefits of narrative medicine. My tiny poems are designed to provide you and the recipient with strength, power, and courage. The mission of the tiny poetry project is to give not take. Each tiny poem is a gift to be meditated upon, shared, and then planted or framed. The artisan paper for the TPP Wilds Line is created from locally sourced recycled fibers and wildflower seeds. The TPP Origami Line is made with locally sourced recycled cotton fibers and embellished with beautiful handmade washi paper cranes or red hearts. All TPP cards are hand crafted so every card will be a bit imperfect - just like us. The envelopes are 100% recycled kraft paper and the clear sleeves are plant-based and compostable. Wordy Bird cards is a company created by Kathy Honey who owned retail stores for 16 years. After being diagnosed with cancer at 49 life changed. That is when Cancer Girl cards was created. This is a line of cards based on her experience going through cancer and is an uplifting and sometimes humorous look at going through cancer. After launching that she created "Clarieisms" cards which are based on her daughter Claire who has Down's Syndrome and also features other kids with special needs. After Claireisms, Wordy Bird was created. This line is a broad line that encompasses everything from anniversary to wedding and everything in between. All of the cards are written by the owner and there is an emphasis on encouragement and sympathy. There are also areas not being addressed by card companies such as chronic illness. Since 2019, Celebrady Designs has been a small, female-owned and operated greeting card company in Bonita Springs, FL. Meaghan’s favorite part of her life in sobriety is watching others celebrating their recovery, too. She would make cards for her friends and loved ones on their various milestones in recovery, since they weren’t an easy find at your local convenience store. What she found was the only thing she liked more than creating these cards, was celebrating her friends who were celebrating their lives free from addiction. Unfortunately, all of our lives have been touched by addiction or mental illness in some way. The good news is we do recover, and we do so by relating to one another though sharing our own experiences and adversities. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction or mental illness, or even if they are doing great, let them know you care! A phone call, a card, a special coin, even just a smile can make all the difference - for them and for you!

Meagen Russell is the owner of FolkHouse Creative. She is currently a one-woman show, mom of three kids ages 6,4 &2, and recent graphic design graduate. FolkHouse Creative was born out of a desire to make meaningful & beautiful things for spaces. Meagen has always felt that a welcoming & cozy environment can be a place of refuge and FolkHouse Creative seeks to make things that foster that environment wherever the pieces end up. FolkHouse Creative mostly consists of art prints that are hand-illustrated and designed by Meagen. The business has started with a new line (that will continue to be added to) of baby & toddler tees. These tees will more than likely be phrases that are inspirational TO the child wearing it. A lot of times, children's clothes are made for the adults that read it- but the purpose of this new line are for the words to be repeated to the child wearing them, you are "strong like a girl" because girls are strong, You are brave, etc. All of the art prints and paper goods are printed, packaged, and shipped from the in-house studio. All of the tees are screen-printed in house as well. It's important to Meagen that FolkHouse Creative stays very handmade with the owner being involved in all aspects of designing, production, customer service, etc. That is what gives companies like this a special touch. Hi! I'm Jessica. The Chrysalis Imagery cards were born from my personal walk through grief after losing my long-time mate. These are the cards that your customers will be so glad to have on hand when life comes knocking. The messages (featuring all original artwork & hand lettering) are authentic, compassionate & candid and strike a different chord than what we typically see in the greeting card world. Real messages for people going through real things. Designed by a person who really gets it with the intent to encourage, inspire and uplift. In designing a logo, I knew I wanted to work with the symbol of a chrysalis. A space of incubation & possibility where alchemy & magic happen. And that's not always a neat & tidy process. When a caterpillar enters a chrysalis, it surrenders itself to a process of total transformation. Every part of its body except the nervous system, dissolves & reforms into something entirely different. I'm fascinated that the nervous system remains. It suggests that a butterfly retains its memory of being a caterpillar. It's a powerful metaphor for the messy & beautiful way that life stretches us into new expressions of possibility while holding the foundation of where we come from at our core, a message at the heart of everything offered at here. About me...I was a wellness practitioner for 30 years. That experience informs my art. When I am not drawing, you'll find me on the beach with my dogs, laughing at myself & at life's antics!

Sobriety Cards are irreverent greeting cards made for people in recovery from addiction. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Sobriety Cards was formed after our founder, Shannon Stephens, went looking for a card to celebrate one of her husband's sober milestones and none of the cards she saw "fit." She wanted a card that took a humorous and irreverent tone to celebrate recovery. So Sobriety Cards was born out of necessity. Our cards are known for being irreverent, cheeky and bold. We are about shifting perceptions and starting conversations. We support our friends and family members suffering from the disease of addiction. We shine a light on the recovery journey.
