Founded in the summer of 2023, Tart is the culmination of years of homebrewing born out of the Covid lockdowns. At Tart, our focus is on creating the most acessible and refreshing beers possible, so that more people can enjoy them. We do this by substituting the commonly disliked bitterness in beer with a more approachable and subtle sourness. We brew our beers with real fruits to balance and complament the sourness, while also providing a vibrant and refreshing fruity quality. All of our beers are session-strength (3% - 4%), as well as being gluten free and vegan.
