Dear Human, What is Humanness? At the heart of Humankind, it’s You. Humankind is an act of relentless love. I didn’t start with a PhD in chemistry, a state-of-the-art lab, or a trust fund to bankroll a huge warehouse. But what I do have is persistence—an immovable stubbornness to put in the work, sleepless night after sleepless night, experiment after experiment, to craft the best candle you’ll ever experience. My values are simple but non-negotiable: I make my customers feel seen and heard as if my life depended on it (because it does), push the boundaries of what a candle can be (dual layers, hello!), and pour every moment into perfecting the perfect blend. This is not a job; it’s my life, my obsession, my breath—it’s Humankind. This journey began when I opened a long-ignored part of myself—a soul shoved in a box for years. When I found it, it was lifeless. So, I made imperfect tealight candles and nurtured it back. Slowly, my soul began to glow. Why Humankind? Because you, too, have that part of you—a drive, a spark demanding to be nurtured. Deep down, we all have a soul. Our greatest duty is to feed it. I know it’s in You.
