Since 2008, we've been on a mission to create fashion with a purpose. Our goal was to create a brand that aligned with our ethics. Stix and Roses is the longest running vegan + ethical luxury fashion brand with a focus on sustainability. We are handmade in the heart of Chicago and New York City. Every part of the process from design, pattern making, grading, cutting, sampling to garment construction, takes place in a handful of local Chicago and New York City neighborhoods. We believe in owning less and wearing more. Designer Sararose, creates quality collections that stand the test of time. Our mission is to empower and inspire by designing classic edgy staples for the modern woman.
For the Water exists for the woman who’s in love with the world and herself. She's a nurturer who lives with intent and compassion. She embraces her flaws and her figure. For her, we’ve created pieces that perfect the balance between softness and sophistication. Each piece exalts the feminine form with soft lines that are tailored for a flattering fit. These modern silhouettes are always designed to be worn with confidence and security. Our soft-as-skin fabrics feature resilient stretching capabilities with absolute recovery, SPF/UPF protection, are impervious to pilling, and are resistant to chlorine and sunscreen creams & oils…all of which contribute to lifetime wear. To ensure quality, all of our products are manufactured in America, where we can oversee every step of the production process. Our garments are hand-sewn at local factories that are able to focus on the detailed subtleties in every piece. We’re passionate about the world we live in, as well as, the people who live in it. We believe every individual is owed basic human rights including clean water. A portion of the proceeds from every For the Water purchase will be donated to help provide safe water for those in need. Please visit our blog to see our partner organization(s). In an industry saturated with fashion, For the Water seeks to quiet the noise. We create unique, wearable and versatile suits from high-end fabrics, hand-sewn, never compromising quality. "Watering the world, one bikini at a time."
Founder and designer Naomie Caron always knew there was a better way of doing fashion. Torn between the overconsumption of the fashion industry and the vocation for social justice, she decided to keep that passion close to her heart by making things differently. After graduating from fashion school in 2011, Naomie spent a few years exploring the different niches of the industry with her first made-to-measure business. She was able to discover the particularities of menswear, evening wear, streetwear, winter coats, and even wedding dresses. But then came a customer demanding a swimsuit, opening this new adventure she hadn’t thought of before. Seeing the lack of ethical, sustainable, comfortable, and stylish swimsuits on the market, she knew she had found the key to her next business. To have control over the quality of the products and to ensure the well-being of the seamstresses and makers, Selfish swimwear's collections are all handmade from their headquarters in Montreal using mostly high-quality recycled fiber fabric, imported from Italy. Every piece is thought to offer longevity, versatility, elegance, support, and comfort.
We are a female-owned, luxury swimwear brand located in South Florida and made right here in the USA. We focus on providing ethical and eco-friendly products from start to finish by using ethically sourced fabrics made from recycled materials, limiting production to reduce waste, and ensuring our fabric printing and production processes follow sustainable practices. Each unique piece is handmade and curated to make the wearer feel beautiful and confident because... YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!! XOXO
IT’S ABOUT SPREADING AWARENESS Did you know that 1 in 5 Americans will be diagnosed with skin cancer by the time they turn 70? Our founder, Melissa, was diagnosed with melanoma at age 26. She was shocked that lightweight clothing wasn’t as protective as we thought. A typical white t-shirt provides only moderate sun protection, UPF 7. Melissa started looking for trendy sun protective options and realized they didn't exist. So, she set out to design styles that were both sun safe & stylish. IT’S ABOUT PROTECTING YOURSELF UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. This is the rating given to clothing & other fabric items for their broad spectrum protection against both UVA & UVB rays. A UPF 50 fabric blocks 98% of the sun’s rays, thus reducing your exposure risk. We’ve got you covered! All of our styles are made with the highest-rated sun protection. IT’S ABOUT BEING CONFIDENT Sun safety doesn’t have to be boring or complicated. That’s why our collections are full of vibrant colors, preppy patterns & flattering silhouettes. Our styles allow you to easily incorporate stylish sun protection into your daily routine and feel AMAZING. IT’S ABOUT BEING EDUCATED Roughly 86% of melanomas result from exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. Sadly, skin cancer is often referred to as a lifestyle disease, which means its greatest risk factors are associated with a lack of protection. That being said, it’s never too early or too late to start caring for your skin.
In her early 20’s, Toxic Sadie’s designer, Erin Thomas, began altering about 80% of the clothing and swimwear she bought. “I altered the clothing because it never fit quite right, the swimwear because back then there weren’t a lot of choices in swimwear if you wanted something different, and I have always enjoyed standing out from the crowd,” she explains. Finally, Erin decided to try her skills at designing and sewing her own bikinis. Her designs were incredibly unique and outside the normal bikini box, using funky color combinations, parts from antique jewelry and hand beaded embellishments. Friends took notice of her original designs, and she began making suits for them. Soon, friends of friends were asking where to buy the suits, and the demand for them grew quickly, so she decided to turn her creativity and love of fashion into an actual business. She began creating custom swimsuits that quickly garnered a loyal celebrity following and has been seen in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit the last ten years.

Hi, I'm Danielle, the Designer & Creative Director of RESORT 444, a luxury Swim & Resort Wear brand. Here is my story. One of my biggest aspirations in life was to become a Fashion Designer. I chose swim wear because I've explored over 20 countries & the one thing I always had to have for my travels was new swimsuits. I'm in love with bright, tropical prints & I am a swimsuit hoarder, ok?! My passion for traveling started when my Dad unexpectedly passed away in 2009. After going through one year of deep depression, I suggested that my siblings & I getaway and celebrate our Father's life. The plan was to visit a new country every year on the anniversary of his passing. We put 3 destinations in a hat & I pulled out Jamaica. I've been back 13 times since then. When I began designing my first collection, I would find myself working until the sun came up. I would look up at the clock & always see 4:44 am. Being a super spiritual person, I believe there are no coincidences, so I googled the meaning of 444. "A sign that your guardian angels are surrounding you and assuring you that they are helping you. You are on the right path, have faith in what you are doing." That was reassurance that it was finally my time. No matter how nervous I was about launching my first swim collection, the time was now. I invite you to join me as I offer a glimpse of this vast world through my eyes. Inspired by exotic travels & ancestors who guide the way.
