We roast specialty coffees that are changing something. On a rotating basis, we feature coffees from smallholders (usually small, family-run farms) that have historically lacked access to reliable markets or financial security. All of our coffees are sourced by Semilla, whose mission is to reduce the risk and financial burden that the coffee industry has been putting on producers for centuries. Semilla commits to buying full harvests (not just high-scoring micro-lots) at the highest prices the market will allow, from 200+ producers that they know by name. We've put together 5 different roast profiles with some of the fairest coffees available on the specialty market. You're welcome to order unbranded bags and place your own labels on them. You can contact us for more information about the specific producers or coffees in order to do your own marketing. If you don't mention us, what's in it for us?
