My current job as Mum of three small children and my previous job as a fashion buyer means I know the importance of comfortable, durable clothes for our little people. Through experience I have learnt which leggings are the easiest to change in the back of the car, which muslin squares wash the softest and which tote bags you can squash the most stuff into. And being a human being that enjoys buying lovely things I think it’s absolutely crucial that these super practical items are also beautiful, fun and fashionable. All of our prints are designed exclusively in house and are screen printed on 100% cotton and organic jersey. Deliberately gender-neutral, all of our designs, clothing and accessories are intended to appeal to both boys and girls and our intent is that hand me downs become something you can’t wait for! We were the first company to develop a cotton blend tight which was available in a wide range of colours, 12 to be precise, which was a vast array in the early ‘80s! Our cotton tight offer now extends to 45 stunning shades. They not only look great but fit perfectly too. Quality & choice were our watchwords from the beginning and, as such, we only use the best quality cotton and pre-dyed yarns, which give an even spread of colour, eliminating streaking or fading, even after several washes.

In 2017 my first son Marlowe was 1 years old and it was becoming apparent to me that kids clothes were one of two things. Stylish OR fun. I started designing a range of unisex kids clothes that were would be loved by both stylish parent and fun lovin kids. I knew I wanted our clothing to be durable and top quality so taught myself to screen print, one of the meathods we still use today. Marloweville was born and was named after my biggest inspiration, Marlowe. At the time I had a face painting business (Alongside being an icu nurse) , and got so much joy from bringing colour and art to children and Marloweville allowed me to do that in a way that didn’t need to be washed off at the end of the day. In 2018 the business was successful enough to do full time and I left nursing behind me and face painting behind me. Our range has grown over the years, now offering adults clothing and homeware. But our values haven’t. Everything we do is always with the child in mind but also have to tick that “instagrammable” box too. Our ideas and designs are homegrown and we always strive to offer something that no one has done before us.

Chattakids offers a variety of both Girls AND Boys clothing in sizes 12/18 Month to 14/16 along with a few Mommy & Me styles too!

Little Bird Bamboo is a small, family-owned brand creating bamboo clothing for babies and children. We are located in Kennesaw, Georgia and create our products while wrangling a toddler (Hayes) and a baby (Adeline), three dogs, and a cat (and drinking lots of coffee!). Little Bird Bamboo was created by a mom, for other moms who also want the best quality clothing for their children. With two little birds of my own with skin sensitivities, I decided I wanted to provide beautiful designs on the softest bamboo and use it to connect with other moms and create a community. Our designs come from other small businesses and support other moms! After months of research, we were finally ready to set Little Bird Bamboo into motion. Having both a boy and a girl, I knew I wanted to ensure I catered to all children. While many boy moms feel they struggle to find prints and colors for boys, I've made that apart of my mission. For every beautiful girly print we offer, we will always offer something for little boys, too. While pajamas will always be everyone's first love, we also have set out to provide daywear for the ever-expanding bamboo closet. I'm Alyssa, the shop owner behind Knits By Lyss! My shop started by specializing in hand embroidered pieces that are completely customizable. I have expanded my shop to offer knit clothing both personalized and plain. Our knitwear is always 100% cotton, super comfortable, cozy, and cute.
