We accept returns and exchanges of unopened, pristine items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate, email your order number and reason to wholesale@touchland.com. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee applies for returns. Opened or non-pristine items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. • How long does it take to process refunds? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive returned items. • Do we offer Brand Authorization Letters? We do not provide Brand Authorization Letters. • Can we modify/cancel an order? Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed due to automated system. • Do we provide testers?
