Each of Chef Laura’s product recipes uses only premium ingredients and is baked the artisan way—one batch at a time—making this brand truly gourmet. Our product lines include Laura's Gourmet Granola, Laura's Gourmet Snacking Clusters and Laura's Gourmet "Over the Top", ancient grains blended with spices and inclusions to take each dish, well, over the top! Each of our unique products are free from gluten, dairy, soy, and cholesterol, with no rice products or fillers and hits the chef's trifecta of taste, texture and mouthfeel. It all started with Laura’s Gourmet Granola and a simple desire for Chef Laura to have delicious, natural, and healthy granola without lots of fat and sugar. That was over 20 years ago! A portion of all online sales of Laura's Gourmet Granola is being donated to World Central Kitchen, a not-for-profit non-governmental organization devoted to providing meals in the wake of natural disasters. Founded in 2010 by chef José Andrés, the organization prepared food in Haiti following its devastating earthquake and has continued on.

We were raised in completely different cultures but with the same values instilled by our mothers: to eat and make food cooked from scratch with whole ingredients. Hello :) You're wondering who we are? Where we come from? Well, it's a pretty great story :) Once upon a time, in 2008, Nekisia Davis was running a famous pizza restaurant in Brooklyn, NY and one night after work she found herself dreaming of a better granola to brighten her breakfast experience. The following morning, totes in hand, she stocked up on granola ingredients at her local Co-Op and headed home to create a batch of granola that would change the world (the world of granola, that is). Her friends and co-workers were WOWed by the taste and, voila! Early Bird Foods & Co. was hatched. It didn't take long for Nekisia's innovative + delicious granola to garner fans in high places. Martha Stewart was among the first (check this out!) then the New York Times' Melissa Clark, then Rob & Robin at New York Magazine, then all of everyone everywhere. Even Daniel Humm, chef from the 3 Michelin star restaurant Eleven Madison Park, borrowed her Farmhand's Choice recipe for the EMP house granola! Over 13 years in business and growing strong, Early Bird Foods & Co. remains the VERY BEST granola on offer anywhere fine cereals are sold. Woo woo! Early Bird is WOMAN & QUEER OWNED and OPERATED and damn proud of it! Nekisia is a Cancer who enjoys long walks in the park with her pup Ruby, cooking dinner for friends at her home in Brooklyn, and swimming at Jacob Riis Beach. Oh, and she loooooooves to sing Kate Bush songs at max volume when she thinks no one is listening.

Sarah Lange is a pastry chef and owner of Bearclaw Kitchen, a granola and snack company located in Los Angeles. Our homespun recipes balance whole ingredients with a touch of decadence. All of our products contain high-quality ingredients, like local wildflower honey, organic single-origin maple syrup, organic oats, and way more nuts than your garden variety granola. With a passion to create the “world’s best” granola, Banner Road Baking Company was launched in 2015. As a company, we believe in regenerative organic agriculture and a transparent sustainable business model. As chefs and artists, our granolas are bursting with flavor and interesting texture and come in an eye popping package. They are Certified Organic and Non-GMO Verified. A portion of our profits are donated to the Usher Syndrome Coalition.

In March of 2020, after years of dreaming, and months of planning, we moved from an iconic suburban town on the west side of Cleveland, OH to a 100 acre farm in a town of 800 that was full of history and promise, planning to restore the 1787 farm to its original farmstead glory. We are a small farm in historic Hubbardton, VT using holistic, organic and sustainable farming practices to bring high quality, gourmet food to your table. Also a chef, our owner creates unique flavors, in small batches that highlight the season using ingredients straight from our farm and other local Vermont farms that share our passion for regenerative, sustainable farming practices.

In March of 2020, my husband and I moved to Montauk, NY. I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as I waited for the restaurants where I worked (and the world!) to re-open. In May, The Hampton Grocer was born - at the time, a local farm to front door delivery service. I was shopping for families, sourcing from local farmers and artisans. Now you know where the name comes from! Something was missing, a signature item that was also the perfect gift. Immediately, I thought of my mother-in-law's granola (thanks, Janet!). This granola was special, packed with nuts and seeds, and just sweet enough. In the beginning, I made just nine jars at a time! We may have a few more flavors, and our batches might be a little bigger, but it's all baked with lots of love. xx Sam
