Before our son was born, we stocked up on everything—eco-friendly diapers, organic crib sheets, and baby gear galore. We thought we were prepared for everything parenthood would throw our way, but we weren’t ready for one tiny thing—taming wild baby hair! Styling our son’s hair turned into a messy challenge. Baby lotion left his hair greasy, and baby hair gels were way too stiff. Plus, many products had ingredients we didn’t feel comfortable using on his delicate skin. So, we set out to create a solution. That’s how Lane & Co was born. Our mission? To create gentle, safe hair care products that actually work. After much research and testing, we launched our first product—Lane & Co Hair Paste. It's light, smooth, and gives the perfect hold without any crunch, and it’s made with safe, plant-based ingredients that parents can trust. But we didn’t stop there! We’ve since added a range of products, including our Detangler, which takes the battle out of post-bath knots, and our Hair Gel that offers a firmer hold for cool, structured styles and a All Purpose Balm to sooth rashes, eczema and dry skin. Every product we create is hypoallergenic, vegan, and dermatologist-tested. At Lane & Co, we believe that styling your child's hair should be simple, safe, and fun.
