Liber & Co. develops and manufactures a line of essential craft bar syrups, and for the past 10 years we have established ourselves as the leader in the growing craft cocktail syrups market. Our syrups are relied upon professionally by hundreds of beverage programs around the country, ranging from ultra-craft cocktail bars to sprawling multi-unit national accounts. Our syrups are also sought after at retail by craft cocktail enthusiasts and home bartenders looking to elevate their at-home cocktail making. Liber & Co. syrups are made using the same authentic formulations and methods that the best bartenders in the world adhere to, and echo the style, quality, and attention to detail of in-house syrup programs at the world's best cocktail bars. Before starting Liber & Co., founders Chris, Robert, and Adam were all 23, living in separate places, and on wildly different career tracks. Robert was quickly growing cynical working on Capitol Hill in D.C., Adam was finishing his degree at UT-Austin, and Chris was researching molecular genetics at the University of Kansas. Today, we’re all in Austin, TX – busy growing Liber & Co. into the leading supplier of premium cocktail syrups. Of course, we still find time to enjoy a fine cocktail!
