As a stay-at-home mom, pregnant with my second child, I began taking sewing and smocking lessons to curb my desire to create. After smocking a dress for my daughter, I used the extra fabric to create a coordinating hair bow and the rest is history! Five years into opening, I created the original Basket Bow, modeled after our hair bows. They quickly became our best selling item that retailers order year after year! Giftsland offers various handmade eco friendly decorative papers and its products. All our products are handmade in Nepal by small scale cottage industries and women coops in Kathmandu, Nepal. Giftsland is a family business and together with my family in Nepal I work with the makers to develop products and make all our beautiful handmade papers, garlands in felt & papers, felt ornaments, journals and stationery. Our paper & products are made from bark of Daphne plant locally known as Lokta which grows in mountains in Nepal. Since we use only bark of plant (which also help the plant to re-qrow), its an natural paper made in traditional and eco friendly paper way.

I founded Wrappily in 2013 with the goal to green-up giving. I used to *dread* the wasted gift wrap at the end of the party, especially after learning that it generates over 4 million tons of trash every year. It's non-recyclable, and saving it was getting overwhelming. The heavy burden I felt over what to do with the piles of discarded wrap lead me to a ‘what-if’ realization: what if wrapping paper could be printed at the local newspaper press, so it was made locally and easy to recycle? Once I had the vision for it, I couldn’t NOT make it happen. We all deserve a gift wrap we can feel good about. Wrappily offers a new take on wrapping paper: great patterns printed on 100% recyclable/ compostable premium-grade newsprint using soy-based inks; flat, folded sheets for easy storage (and shipping!); minimal packaging (no unnecessary cardboard tube!) + plastic-free, plant-based PLA packaging. Recyclable up to seven times, newsprint is an answer to the millions of tons of trash generated by wrapping paper every year. Natilee used to be a lawyer, but decided to pursue the stationery and party supply biz full-time because designing funky patterns that look like they were made by a child and picking colors are way more fun than arguing all day. My name is Oneka I’m a wife and mom of three beautiful children. I make a line of stationery and home décor out of my home studio in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Prior to living in Bucks County, my family and I lived as ex-pats in Bermuda for 8 years; we repatriated to the U.S. and settled in Pennsylvania at the end of 2015. My product line has evolved since its inception, from Thank You Cards to creating a line of Chinoiserie-themed Wrapping Paper and journals. I feel great about where I am today I try to bring beauty and glamour into the products I create.

Our goal at Trim & Twine is to take the guesswork out of gifting! We love pretty packages and think it should be easy for everyone to have beautifully wrapped gifts under their tree. We have fun wrapping paper and trimmings and also some fun gift items! We are a new brand and will be adding so many fun items!
