Thatcher's Gourmet Popcorn (Non GMO, Gluten Free) We are a Family owned local business that started in 1983 as a small retail store in San Francisco. The smell, the flavor, the texture, and all the Natural simple ingredients have attracted the San Franciscans from all over the City. We were so passionate and excited about the huge success and we kept growing. Our next 2 stores were open within few months and the demand was so overwhelming that our space was not enough. This is when we realized it is time to move to the next level. We moved to our first warehouse 15 years ago, and we started hiring locals, providing jobs and also helping other popcorn companies grow, producing under private labels. As of today, our 22000 square feet warehouse continue to supply major US stores and specialty gourmet stores. Our popcorn is sold internationally as well such as Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland and Hong Kong. We also believe in paying back and we pride ourselves to be one of the few companies that always strive to help our local community, such as schools and many local charity organizations. We have been acknowledged as one of the best popcorn companies in the U.S. by major Gourmet and Specialty Food magazines, as well as prestigious newspapers such as The New York Time
