One Kind Clothing was started by Kristin following the birth of her first child. She saw a hole in the market for baby clothing made from soft, natural fibers that were easy to put on and take off. The flagship product, the double-zipper baby sleeper, was launched in 2019 and has continued to evolve into the perfect baby sleeper available today. Featuring an in-seam zipper, it makes late night and frequent diaper changes a breeze - no more struggling with snaps or zippers that expose the whole body! The product line was expanded to include daytime clothing, but the theme of easy on/easy off continued, with in-seam zippers in all one-pieces and rompers. "Littleheart" is what I used to call my newborn daughter. It is a translation of "Lilla hjärtat" which is Swedish, and means "little sweetheart". When she was born, I could not find any baby textiles that were both eco friendly and soft enough. Also, the ones out there, did not match my stylish new pram. This is how the brand Littleheart was born. With a clear Scandinavian heritage, I wanted the brand to work both in the nursery and out and about, feeling modern and for the design conscious parent, yet also playful. Of course, I wanted the products to be manufactured with the least possible impact on the environment and without harmful chemicals. For the sake of my baby, but also for the workers producing the textiles. Therefore, all Littleheart's products are made from certified organic cotton. Years have passed, and now I have also been blessed with a son. Today, Littleheart has several product lines, but it still remains a small family run business. Our motto is clear “Caring for both baby and planet”. This our the motto in all we do. Given my husband's missionary roots and my interest in doing more to help, we began brainstorming how we can bring positive change.
