Our Mission: Our journey began with a commitment to addressing the alarming decline in bee populations. Initially, we focused on providing bees to beekeepers across Scotland, but soon realised the importance of supporting all pollinators. This inspired the creation of our sister charity, RePollinate, which promotes pollination through education and wildflower projects. Our Approach: As we grow, we continue to develop a product range that embodies the essence of the Scottish Larder. We champion slow food principles and regenerative farming practices. Every ingredient we use is thoughtfully selected, reflecting the unique soil, climate, and environment that shape them. Our Values: Environmental responsibility is at the core of everything we do.
