January 2023 - Happy New Year - We are currently waiting for a fresh shipment to be shipped to the United States. We are expecting it now in Early February. In 2014, Josh started making GinMayo as the sauce he wanted to serve his guests in his seafood restaurant; Mossel & Gin in Amsterdam. In 2016 Simon, entered the picture and told Josh the sauce was so good that it deserved a life of its own. These two are bonded by their love of food. They always celebrate what they eat, and have built their careers on doing what they love. With Celebrate What You Eat, they set out to build a trademark around their belief that the way food connects people and how flavors can favor your vibe, is something to be celebrated. This brand is imported into the United States by Chelsea Imports which is based in New York. We import an assortment of specialty foods from the United Kingdom and Europe.
