As a creative director in advertising agencies I have spent years taking notes in meetings. One day I decided to design the inside of a notebook. At work I made the notebooks myself, bound in a spiral with a hard cover (because it is easy to write even without support). The spiral, however, cheats the writing, the left page becomes uncomfortable. For this project I wanted the thread binding (in sixteenth notes to be precise) without the rigid spine for a perfectly flat opening. The numbered pages then, with an index too, to quickly find the notes : from page 10 the project with that client, from 30 the notes for another, from 60 my reflections as in a diary, at the bottom why not , the recipe to be made soon. lined pages, but also blank ones if I want to make a sketch. At this point this could not remain just a project. I founded my own company choosing the artisanal production that allows to create unique pieces and I also find the way to personalize every single item.Read their story
