Red Daisy was created by New York-based entrepreneur, fitness buff, and mother, Phylise Sands, after she identified a large demand for a sleek, supportive bra that “functions like a sports bra but does not look like one.” After years of development and testing, sports bras of varying levels of support were engineered, with matching coordinates like leggings and tops and Red Daisy was ready to come to market. Soon to follow, Phylise's first-born daughter, Lily, joined the team and became a driving force behind Red Daisy. In 2014, Phylise's sister, Jackie, lost her battle to breast cancer. Jackie’s courage sparked a vision to create a beautiful brand where we can support women in more ways than one - with incredible supportive apparel and donating to breast cancer research. Hi! I’m Shirley, the Co-founder of Crave By Frederick Wilhem, a high-quality, contemporary women’s clothing and accessories brand. I started CFW in my basement back in 2016 with the help of Wilhem, my beloved rescue Chug. Together, we dove into the world of fashion manufacturing our sights set on producing trendy, quality fashion at affordable prices. Our operations quickly expanded and soon Wilhem was not the only one who was adopted on to the CFW team. Handful is unmatched in comfort and versatility for Sports Bras. We were founded in 2006 by Jennifer Ferguson, an avid fitness instructor, who was frustrated with the lack of proper equipment in her gym bag - a base layer that could take her from work to workout to weekend and everywhere in between! She came up with the original Handful bra (now our Adjustable Handful Bra). It is designed to flatter not flatten and can go from sport to every day activities (arguably life is a sport!). Jennifer's dad used to call her a Handful growing up and that is how the name came to play. We are a small group of women now who have partnered with Jennifer to share the love of Handful with others. We have since launched several more bra styles and tops and leggings. There is also a sense of humor required at Handful.
