About EMAAL Cashmere GmbH
Cashmere and scarves have been in my life for as long as I can remember. They were and still are my favorite way of walking through the cold, it is my substitute for jackets and coats. The name EMAAL is a personal story, it is the amalgamation of three names, Emma, Magda and Alexandra. These are my daughters and I who both share my passion for cashmere and scarves. All scarves have a city or country name, and all patterns and colors are inspired by our many journeys around the world. Be part of the cashmere community and share our passion!

We are Eugene and Anke McKernan, an Irish/German couple based in the West of Ireland and we have been making scarves for a very long time. We operate as a family-run business and our designs are sold in select boutiques, concept stores and museum shops throughout Ireland, Europe and North America. Eugene weaver Hattersley domestic looms woven scarves Lough Derg. Coming into our 35th year of business, we are proud to be one of the most established scarf designers and manufacturers in Ireland. Woolly or silky, fine or chunky, smooth or textured, we make scarves for every occasion, and we hope that our passion and craftsmanship is visible in all of our products. When we began our handweaving company in 1985, we quickly understood that scarves would become our main focus. Having to earn a living for our growing family, we realized that scarves were one of the few handwoven textile products that would be both financially and creatively interesting. As a product, scarves have a high perceived value but for us they are also a canvas that allows us to express our artistry, love for color and appreciation of high quality textiles.
At Boulbar, each scarf is a story. I am Marion Chapuis, the creator of the brand, and every scarf I design, by hand or on a graphic tablet, is inspired by my travels, encounters, and precious moments. Boulbar is a blend of my French roots and my love for India, where I met my husband and where our scarves are carefully crafted. Our materials are 100% natural, and each piece is screen-printed with respect for artisans and the environment. More than an accessory, a Boulbar scarf is a work of art that you wear and that accompanies you in your daily life.

Globe Hope was launched in 2003 by Seija Lukkala, the pioneer in circular economy in Finland. Ever since, we have created every product out of existing raw materials; leftovers, waste, recycled, upcycled - you name it. This is how we choose to run our business. This is us committing to changing the industry we hold dear. We believe there is hope (for our globe). Simple as that. We also know that hope won't get the job done. We want to design and produce the better option. Products that illustrate the fact that impact is a choice anyone can make. By only creating uncompromisingly sustainable designs we are frontrunners changing the whole fashion system. Our core idea is based on our respect for the planet and its precious resources. We have a strong belief that it is for us to design a way out of the mess we have created. We are here to create a better option. An alternative that requires no new raw materials.

Life is a journey, in our case it has been a trail ride. First, Mother and daughter, then best friends and now business partners since 2004. What seemed to be a crazy idea of designing horse tack with Swarovski crystals developed into an industry wide sought after fashion. Rodeo Drive led the way and continues to be the leader in the western equine industry. It's our ability in procuring exclusive products from all over the world which enables us to design the custom tack set of your dreams. The trail ride of Rodeo Drive has been an uncompromised combination of quality materials, original designs, expert craftsmanship and possibly most importantly unparalleled customer service.

Studio Hop goes all the way back to 2005 when founders Sam & Kikiyo took the plunge and started a market stall in Spitalfields, London on a wing and a prayer. Our nights were spent designing, creating and making handmade jewellery whilst our days involved persuading gentle city-folk and the odd tourist to purchase our creations. Fast forward a few years, and after oodles of hustling and hard work, we had opened shops in Camden Lock, Portobello Road, Gabriel’s Wharf and Hay’s Galleria – all fantastic London locations with history, charm and character. We took to the road and exhibited at trade shows around the country taking on stockists from Truro to Tasmania convincing shop owners along the way that their premises really weren’t complete without our latest range. Studio Hop moved to our current studio in Brockley, (the sunniest part of South East London) in 2016. We have a small warehouse downstairs for stock picking (quickly, because it’s always, always cold) then a studio on the first floor for design work, photography and the personalisation of all our pieces. As everything is prepared by our fantastic team under the one roof we can usually get orders despatched on the same day. Customer service has been at the heart of what we do since we first set up shop in 2005 and whether we see you in person or not, whether a retail or trade customer, we see no reason to change things now! Thanks for browsing our collection and hope to hear from you soon :)
We have worked for over a decade to create a handmade product with fair trade- partnerships that can satisfy the highest quality standards and positively impact the native cultures in the Americas. Our Products are handcrafted in Ecuador & Perú by various family co-ops. A community of more than 25 groups of artisans forms part of the Terra group. We support and empower indigenous families to create a future for themselves through meaningful work with a sustainable network of incredible US clients aligned with the concept of sustainability & culture preservation. For over 14 years we have been offering consumers mindful choices, transparency, and a holistically superior product proposition: an unparalleled, affordable, fair trade, eco-alternative for fashion and accessories. Instead of using plastic and polluting materials, we use renewable resources that indigenous people cherish. These practices are mindful and holistic in their essence and have a spiritual component. The trading of these products empowers the native communities we work with and creates economic opportunities that allow them to preserve their culture. Terra Natural Designs is a dedicated team with a fresh perspective on fashion, wholesale, and retail. We’ve been determined to help create a better world while trading beautiful products. We have partnered with the most respectful health food stores and retailers to expand awareness of sustainability while offering an alternative to retailers and consumers.
We are a female-owned and led family business. Started by Helen Moore in 1982, her daughter Hester Moore now owns and runs the brand. We design accessories to make you feel amazing every day. We are the designers and makers of luxury faux fur fashion and home accessories. All our faux fur and faux sheepskin items are made by us, in our own factory in Devon, England. Made from the finest recycled materials and vegan-friendly faux fur fabrics, we ensure every product is made and finished to the highest standards. We are not a fast fashion brand; each piece has been made to last more than just a season. Manufacturing in the UK is just as important to us now as it was 40 years ago, perhaps more so as we strive for a more sustainable business model. We can make to order, waste less and adapt to the ever-changing times.
Many years ago, having received a beautiful Hermes scarf as a birthday present, I pictured my drawers full of scarves and decided to make them myself. I pasted stars and flowers from magazines, books and wallpaper on a square background and found someone in India who made up ten samples based on my designs. Amazingly, they came back just as I’d imagined. I took them to a trade show in 2007, pegged up on a washing line and got about a dozen orders from shops. After a couple of years, I moved into cashmere, focusing on neutrals with a star print — now bestsellers. A few years later, I was out shopping and saw a glamorous woman in a knitted hat with a massive pom-pom. I thought: ‘That’s exactly what I need!’ I had some chunky, cable-knit samples made up and at my first sale I sold out. They were especially popular with women like me, who didn’t normally wear hats, I think because a pom-pom is fun — never frumpy. Since then I've developed the collection to include loungewear, socks and bags too! Although I have a warehouse nearby, I work from home and have recruited a dozen other mums to help me. We can all work around our children. I have around 100 stockists in the UK — mostly boutiques such as Iris — and also sell all over Europe, the U.S. and Japan. I always say if you have a good idea, just go for it! I’m so glad I did.
